Sony Ericsson P990 is the first commercially available smartphone to contain Symbian OS version 9.1 and UIQ 3 software platform. Wi-Fi enabled, this UMTS smartphone will allow data communication between devices located in the same coverage area. The Sony Ericsson P990 will be available in first quarter of 2006.
