Sony Ericsson W890i

Sony Ericsson W890i, successor to the W880i, is packed in a 9.9 mm thick metallic shell and can be considered to be the lightest 3G phones on the market.

You can play back music for 20 hours, or make 3 hours of video calls, impressive!

It has the Walkman Player 3.0, which offers one-click access to the player and is simple, intuitive navigation around the music. You can not only organize tracks by artist, album, or visually using Album Art, you can also create a playlist that matches how you feel.

Some other features include 3.2 megapixel camera, frontal camera for video calls, in-built stereo speakers, Bluetooth and FM radio.

Sony W90i Walkman Phone will come to markets in Black, Brown and Silver colors in first quarter of 2008.

Sony Ericsson K610 is a slim, lightweight and affordable UMTS imaging phone that opens up the world of 3G for a much wider population. Just 17mm thick and weighing 92 grams, the K610 is the size and weight of a typical 2G stick phone and will be one of the smallest and lightest 3G phones to come on the market. Sony Ericsson M600

Sony Ericsson M600 is Symbian OS 9.1 and UIQ 3.0 enabled. It features a stylish, 15mm thin enclosure and has a touchscreen with handwriting recognition. M600 also takes full advantage of its UMTS capabilities with fast and easy email handling and high bandwidth multimedia downloads. Document handling offers and PowerPoint, Word and Excel editors and an Adobe PDF viewer. The ergonomic design of the M600 makes it easy to operate with one hand or two and gives versatile options on how to perform messaging tasks. For example the large dual function keyboard makes for easy messaging input and is also the keypad for number buttons. Reading emails and viewing high quality video and graphics content is made easy with the 3-way Jog Dial and a 2.6? QVGA screen, capable of handling 262K colours.

Sony Ericsson W950

A major addition to Sony Ericsson’s family of Walkman phones, the W950 is an ultra-slim, ultra-stylish, UMTS-enabled device with 4GB of onboard storage complete with touch screen for simple navigation through music genres, playlists, individual songs or music albums. The W950’s sleek and compact form is finished in Mystic Purple, fingerprint-proof matt with orange accents. The keypad is flush with the surface, and with orange backlighting.

The music player within the W950 has the functionality and sound quality of an equivalent standalone device. Its 4GB storage can take up to 4,000 songs. The W950 has all the benefits of a combined phone and music player, enabling multitasking between listening to music, SMS texting, emailing and browsing the Internet.

Users can enjoy the mobile multimedia applications, from web browsing, push email and video streaming to 3D gaming and store-and-share of media files. The 4GB storage space can be used for photos, video’s or email attachments in addition to songs. The device supports Bluetooth stereo profiles (A2DP) and can connect to the Bluetooth Stereo Headset HBH-DS970 also announced by Sony Ericsson.

W950 is the third Sony Ericsson phone based on the new Symbian v9.1 and UIQ 3.0 platform, benefiting from a growing multitude of third party applications.

The Sony Ericsson W950 is a Dual Mode UMTS Walkman phone and starts shipping during Q3 2006.
